Kathy Fauscett
Team Coordinator
Kathy Fauscett is a Realtor whose sales experience and innovative marketing plans consistently result in a successful Real Estate transaction. Kathy has been licensed since 2000 and sold over 300 homes around the Gainesville and Metro Atlanta area. Although young, Kathy has had a lifetime of Real Estate experience. An advantage Kathy has over her competitors is that she has grown up learning Real Estate through one of Georgia’s Top Agents, her mother Becky Fauscett. Residential Real Estate is her primary focus whether it is resale, new construction, investment property, a lake home, land or lot to build your dream home. Kathy has sold it all.

Jim Harrison
Office Operations
Jim is responsible for developing and refining The Fauscett Team’s system and infrastructure. His main job is to help the Fauscett Team remain on the cutting edge of real estate by being innovative, while still maintaining efficiency and top-shelf customer service. He helps the group by providing vital daily assistance and is the technical manager for the team. Jim Harrison (COO), has spent a lifetime in Real Estate. Not only as an agent, and a broker, he is a builder. He knows all aspects of what it takes to get the job done in any real estate transaction. Jim also understands that your time is dear to you.

Don Smith
Buyer Representative & Market Specialist
Don is a native and lifetime resident of Gainesville and is a Licensed Associate Broker and Qualified Broker for HUD, VA and REO properties. He has 30 + years experience in business and contract negotiation and is an Accredited Buyers Representative. Don is a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Council of National Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and Georgia Association of REALTORS®. He is also an Active Associate with the Hall County Board of REALTORS®. Don graduated from Georgia Southern College with a BBA in Finance and attended Atlanta Law School. He specializes in Buyer and Seller Representation.

Ellen Messerschmidt
Buyers Specialist
For Ellen, working as a buyer's agent is very rewarding for her, because of the satisfaction that comes from helping people find just the right home. Attention to detail comes naturally to Ellen, and that's what enables her to help buyers find exactly what they are looking for. Lake Lanier is of special interest to Ellen because she has lived on the lake since 1999 and has been boating there since 1993. Ellen is knowledgeable of the pro's and con's of living on a cove versus open water, steep lots versus level lots, and all the many nuances that should be considered when buying lake property. Ellen is the mother of two grown children: her son is in college in Athens and her daughter is in school in Michigan. Married for 26 years and having lived in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, California and Georgia, Ellen understands what it's like for today's families to relocate. When she's not busy with real estate, Ellen can be found kayaking, swimming or boating on the lake. Hiking is her favorite hobby. With visits to 23+ National Parks all over North America and Hawaii, Ellen is working on her lifetime goal of visiting every U.S. National Park! Ellen is also active in her church through Sunday School and women's Bible study.

Sarah Frech
Office Administrator
Sarah Frech has been in office administration for three years now and has found her true calling in life. Her past jobs consist of computer programming with a B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Southern Univ., management, customer service, sales, and now office administration. Her past career moves have lead her down a path that has ended with The Fauscett Team.
She is a two year resident of Flowery Branch with her husband Chris Frech, 3 year old son Corbin, and almost 2 year old baby girl Ansley. In her spare time she spends time with family and friends, plays softball, shoots billards pool, paints and sews.
