Thank you for your interest in our Indy Mac foreclosure property. If you want to make an offer on one of our properties please just send us a GAR contract and the purchaser's pre-qual letter or proof of funds.

If your offer is accepted or you accept a counter offer from Indy Mac they will send us an addendum completely filled out that we will then send to you to get signed. If you want to preview what the addendum says then here is a copy for you to read over with your client(s).
