To make an offer on one of these listing you will need the following forms.

To submit an offer for any of the REO properties we have listed please submit your offer on the forms provided above. Fax it to us at (770) 297-6416 or email it to becky@tfthomes.com or Click Here and upload your offer to our Taza System. Make sure you include on a cover page you name and phone number. If this is a new listing we have to wait three days before submitting any offers. If the buyer is an invester we have to wait 15 days from the listing date before we can submit those offers. Otherwise we will be sure to submit your offer ASAP.
