To make an offer on a First Preston property you will need to go to BidSelect.com to enter your bid. It is all handled through them.

To submit an offer for any of the other REO Companies simply fax in your offer on a 2009 GAR Form and put on the fax cover sheet if the buyer is an investor or owner occupant. Fax it to Kathy Fauscett at (770) 297-6416.
