In this slow housing market it is important to do everything you can in order to sell your home. Two of the most important things you can do are pricing your home correctly and making sure your home shows well. Your realtor should help you with pricing your home, but making sure your home shows well is where staging comes in. Staging your home is something a lot of sellers are doing these days to give them an advantage over other homes in the market. Snapshots
Before you stage, take pictures of your house during the day, inside and out. What the camera sees and what you see are two different things. The pictures will help you see with an unbiased eye.
