Atlas Addendum

Thank you for your interest in our Atlas foreclosure property. If you want to make an offer on one of our properties please just send us a GAR contract and the purchaser's pre-qual letter or proof of funds.

If your offer is accepted or you accept a counter offer from Atlas they will send us an addendum and Waiver & Release Regarding Property Condition completely filled out that we will then send to you to get signed. If you want to preview what the Addendum and Waiver and Release say then here are copies for you to read over with your client(s).
